Welcome ... Cornwall Farmhouse Accommodation at its best!
Degembris inspires imagination of former times, remaining an unspoilt
gem of Cornish
history. Built on the site of Degembris Manor, the earliest recorded
date is 1241 as
Tygembres, changing to Degembrys in 1461.
This delightful Grade II Listed Building, with its low beams and
seasonal log fires, nestles in a south facing hillside overlooking a
beautiful wooded valley.

The Farmhouse also features an
unusual slate hung exterior and is surrounded by an
attractive garden.
The Woodley family are first mentioned in 1893 with
successional owners to the present day, namely Roger and
Kathy.
Set in superb countryside yet close to the sea, Degembris is also at
the centre of Cornwall, with journeys to either end of the county only
taking 50 minutes by car. The south coast can be reached in
half an hour and the north coast taking a few minutes. |
