Children under 10 years of age are half price and under 3's go free.

A non-refundable deposit to the value of the first night's stay is required
to confirm any reservation.

Please note

Single occupancy is unavailable during the months of July and August
(excluding room 3).

Cancellations

We appreciate that cancellations may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Should you need to cancel your reservation we will try to re-let your accommodation. Every effort will be made to do this but in the event of being unable to do so a charge of 2/3rds of the final amount (less Deposit) will be made.
We strongly advise you to make your own arrangements for holiday insurance.

Arrival & Departure

Your room will be ready for occupation from 2pm.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure.
